    Poverty trumps many niceities. If any of the garbage had value I’d bet it wouldn’t be there long. I’ve often wondered if you could measure the state of an economy by the value of what gets tossed/lost on the side of the road and how long it stays there – the effort to stop and pick it up VS the percieved value.
